APAMT- Who We Are, What We Do

The Asia Pacific Association of Medical Toxicology (APAMT) is an international association established in 1989 by a group of medical toxicologists to promote chemical safety, poison control and poisoning management in the Asia Pacific region. The Association also promotes the conduct of scientific research in clinical toxicology and sharing of poison information among the various poison centres in the region.

APAMT collaborates and cooperates with other governmental organizations, professional bodies, individuals and international institutions, including the World Health Organization, to promote and conduct scientific research and investigations on poisoning.
